Red Ash features fresh pristine seafood, and local prime meats from our wood burning grill, oven and plancha. Our fresh pastas are handmade daily from the finest milled grain flours and farm fresh eggs.  Seasonal, local vegetables are abundant in the kitchen, and our desserts are prepared fresh daily in our pastry kitchen.

Our wine list represents old and new world wines from some of the finest winemakers of Italy, Spain, France, Argentina, Chile, California, Oregon and Washington state.
